「Expansion of a folded structure」 helical shapes

And reached some expansion:
You can make a long enough strip to be a double covering of a Moebius strip along this way in reference to the corresponding diagram.
Material: a strip of tracing paper, without using adhesives.
Date: In 1995 [probably; confirmation is in progress...]
