This is another example of easier foldable polygrammic arrangement.
An ({8/3}-) octagram is based on the folding diagram that is a little different from those of octagrams in the
preceding article, while the folding manner is similar to the previous
dodecagrammic or
hexadecagrammic arrangements:

In orange: it seems a somewhat symbolical mark.

In black: it looks like an eight pointed throwing star.
